Mongol Tsangeh Khutuktu, besides several pilgrims, was
making a pilgrimage to Jo-mitsing in Hamdnng, and that
he, together with Tiigden Darjeh, made certain communica-
tions to the governor of Nakk-chu (that is, Kamba Bombo).
" The Governor of Nakk-chu has communicated the said
