LETTER OF EXEMPTION
We NEPTVNVS, Sovereign Lord of The Seven
Seas, inland seas, lakes, rivers and brooks, make
known to Our wellbeloved subjects, fishes,
animals of the sea, seamonsters, seabirds, ships and
sailors, that We after gracious consideration of
submissive application have been pleased to
extent a LETTER OF EXEMPTION for
(Name)
from the customary tests which must otherwise
be gone through at the passage of the middle
line of Our Empire in order to become Our right
and proper subject. We have by special powers
and gracious permission ordained and commanded
Our liege henchman and keeper of Our Grand
Seal, the seaman Albert Engström to collect from
every person who crosses this said middle line
of Our Empire the sam of kronor in
tribute to be used for the benefit of Our subjects
and the glorification of Our Empire.
At the risk and discomfort of Our deepest
displeasure nobody may evade this tribute.
This certificate of citizenship of Our Empire is
given under Our Own Hand and signed by
Ourself. Also We have caused to be affixed to said
certificate the Grand Seal of Our Empire.
